Review and classification work that consumed senior compliance time was rebuilt as an assisted pipeline, engineered to audit standard. Turnaround moved from days to hours across three regional teams, with every decision traceable.
A specialist manufacturer arrived with fourteen AI ideas. Our assessment retired eleven of them and made the case for three. All three reached production within the year, funded by the budget the other eleven would have burned.
Editorial, rights and operations teams were trained to run and govern AI tooling themselves, with clear policy on what the technology may and may not touch. The group now extends the system without us, which was the brief.

Our story
Cybix was founded in Hong Kong in November 2015, in one of the world’s most demanding commercial environments, where decisions are fast, capital is sceptical, and work either performs or disappears.
That environment shaped a particular discipline: be useful, be precise, be accountable for outcomes. It carried us through a decade of engagements, delivered across the Cybix group: from first machine-learning systems to today’s agentic AI, for names from HSBC and Capital Group to specialist manufacturers and production houses. Always one question ahead of the cycle rather than one product behind it.
In April 2025 we moved our headquarters to the United Kingdom to lead the next phase of our growth, closer to the boards, institutions and manufacturers now making the most consequential AI decisions of their history. The ambition is straightforward, and we don’t mind saying it plainly: to be the firm serious organisations trust first on AI.
