These terms govern use of cybix.ai (the "site"), operated by Cybix AI Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16362220, registered office [●]. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site. Consultancy engagements are governed by separate written agreements which prevail over this page.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site, download materials we make available for download, and share links to it. You may not: scrape or harvest the site at scale for commercial republication; misrepresent its content as your own; introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access; use the site to send unsolicited marketing; or use it in breach of applicable law. We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time without notice.
3. Content, no advice, no reliance
Site content is general information about Cybix and its services. It is not professional, legal, financial, investment or technical advice and must not be relied on as such; obtain advice specific to your circumstances before acting. Engagement outcomes described on the site reflect particular clients and conditions and are not a promise of equivalent results. We work to keep content accurate and current but give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date.
4. Intellectual property
The Cybix name, wordmark, mark, and all site content and design are owned by Cybix AI Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Client names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear to identify genuine engagements; their appearance is not an endorsement of this site by those organisations beyond the facts stated. No licence is granted except the limited right to browse and share links.
5. Third-party links
Links to client and other third-party websites are provided so you can verify who we work with. Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement.
6. Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybix AI Ltd excludes all conditions, warranties and representations otherwise implied, and excludes liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of or reliance on the site or inability to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you use the site in the course of business, we exclude liability for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data.

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. In short: this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
8. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
